A hands-on experience for the budding home mixologist. Barman Justin Cairo of The Penrose will guide cocktail enthusiasts through the basic tools and techniques of the trade, including shaken and stirred drinks, measuring and garnishing, classic sours and the “real” Old Fashioned. Participants will make and "sample" all of their own creations, and will leave knowing no fewer than 20 classic drink recipes. Light snacks will be provided. Space still available for cocktail geeks of all skill levels.
